A 1970s wedding dress by Yolanda that originates in Mexico, this ankle-length piece has many hallmarks of traditional Mexican design. It is tailored to a breezy A-line silhouette from white cotton, and detailed all-over with pintuck stitching and hand-sewn, floral embroidery in rainbow hues. Horizontal stripes of crochet create sheer panels down the body and along wide angel-sleeves. The round neckline fastens at the back with a tonal zip. For a piece over half-a-century old, it is in pristine vintage condition with no flaws of any note. We have had dresses in from this label before and I rate them as good and as well made as Tachi Castillo. A best fit for up to a size UK 10 or US 6. Our model is a UK 8-10 and 5ft 11in. (180cm) and this dress was a great fit on her.
